I’ve noticed that homeowner and businesswoman Kate Teofilo-Sanchez blogged one of my features as a way of helping to sell her home. This is just one of the many great benefits of having your home featured in a national interiors magazine. Kate is a freelance designer who runs her business What Katy Does from Bampton in mid-Devon. She made a fantastic job of the renovation and the result was an inspirational story which appeared in House Beautiful. Photograph: Carl Pendle

It’s all up when you spend your weekend decorating the hall, stairs and landing and your son pipes up: “It doesn’t look any different!”. Honestly! After much deliberation and buying several test pots, the final choice was Farrow & Ball’s Matchstick. Contrary to popular belief (!) I think it all looks so much fresher. Now, what to do with the growing collection of test pots in the garage? Any ideas welcome.
Just received some lovely feedback following a fun photoshoot at a fabulous coastal home in West Sussex last week. The owners very kindly dropped a line to say how much they enjoyed the experience – always makes the job worthwhile! 🙂
The lady is an avid reader of interiors magazines and is really pleased that her wonderful project will be featured in a glossy sometime in the near future. Lovely family who have taken a tired property and given it a completely new lease of life. Well done to them!
While I was finishing my interview, the photographer strolled down to the shore nearby and took this stunning shot.
Hi,
Welcome to my first blog post ever!
I’ve been busy working on updating my website over the last few weeks. It’s still not quite finished but I’m getting there.
My Clients page is the latest update. I think it’s colourful, bright and breezy and showcases the wonderful publications that I have the privilege to work for when writing interiors and lifestyle features.
I’d love to hear your feedback on the page and the new website!
Thanks for dropping in.
