Greece is the word

Just back from a fab break in hot, hot, hot Greece.

I couldn’t resist taking a snap of this cheery floral display when we stopped off for a refreshing cold drink during a boiling, but fun, mountain bike ride through miles of stunning Greek countryside. At one stage the temperature tipped 40°C!

To be fair, I’m not sure that this vibrant show of Busy Lizzies would look quite the same without the Mediterranean backdrop, but it’s a simple yet striking idea that certainly caught my eye (when I’d managed to catch my breath!) during one of the many memorable Grecian adventures.
