Interiors<\/a> still on the shelves this morning at <a href=\"http:\/\/southdowns-tearoom.co.uk\">Compton Village Shop &amp; Tea Room<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 one of my favourite places to stop for a quick cuppa when I\u2019m out pedalling around the South Downs.<\/p>\n<p>Turns out that my passion for cycling in the fabulous West Sussex countryside is something I share with Helen Pattinson \u2013 founder of the thriving chocolate company <a href=\"http:\/\/montezumas.co.uk\">Montezuma\u2019s.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Recently, I\u2019d the pleasure of interviewing this vivacious entrepreneur for the My Kind of Country pages in this month\u2019s (April 2015) Country Homes &amp; Interiors.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, Helen told me: \u2018The pressures of a busy life can be put into perspective during a quick bike ride in the Downs, with just the birds and trees for company.\u2019 How very true!<\/p>\n<p>To find how Helen and her husband Simon (another keen cyclist) switched careers to launch their business, why, like me, they love living in this area and their plans for a Montezuma\u2019s-inspired Easter egg hunt, pick up Country Homes &amp;
