Once you push a certain book, the door opens gently and \u2013 hey presto \u2013 you\u2019re greeted by the sight of this extremely inviting sunken bath.<\/p>\n<p>The breath-taking sea views from Martyn\u2019s home inspired composer Eric Coates to write the well-known <i>By The Sleepy Lagoon<\/i> melody that became the signature tune for Radio 4\u2019s Desert Island Discs.<\/p>\n<p>I reckon this beachside pad is one of the coolest homes that I\u2019ve written about to date.
